distilled water is like rain water

Thanks so much Dephy! It's so nice that you are looking out for people :)

I used to say the same thing about distilled water.

The common thought is: distilled water rips the minerals out of you. It has a negative charge, and is called 'hungry water'.

This is SO TRUE!

But the other side that no one ever talks about is:

It's pulling inorganic minerals out of you. Inorganic minerals are the ones that collect between our joints, calcium deposits throughout the body, and sits in our thyroid and pineal glands.

All organic minerals that our body uses, already have a negative charge. These minerals are special because they come from plants.

The plant takes an inorganic mineral (no free electron), and through photosynthesis, turns it into a negative charge.

This information is really hard to find. Whenever you do a google search on distilled water, there's dozens of articles that say it is bad for you. Mercola is #1 is saying this.

If you feel uncomfortable with it's use, of course, stay away. But everyone should know both sides of the story, it's only fair.

I've been documenting my detox journey for 4 years now. I had a major detox jump when I started on distilled water.

My skin became more translucent,
I never get pimples any more,
my rosacea disappeared,
arthritis in my pinky/ring fingers went away,
my bunions improved,
my teeth got whiter (because it's pulling inorganic stains off),
my gums no longer get inflamed (it rips out plaque),
my pineal gland has begun to detox,
the whites of my eyes are SUPER white,
and my blues are MUCH bluer!

You just can't get those results by constantly accumulating inorganic substances in your body.

This is also why people use distilled in appliances. Otherwise you get calcium deposits.

Every gardener knows that rain water is the absolute best for plants. The reason is because the negative charge is inhospitable to parasites and anaerobic bacteria.

All through history people collected rain water for drinking. We no longer have this luxury. Our closest option is distilled water.

But always do your research. I just want people to know the other side of the story is out there to find :)

And this information is spreading. The distilled water I buy says at the back:
Great for coffee and tea :)
