I'm not on a probiotic, I don't know what to take, anytime I have ever taken any, they bloat me up like a balloon! Would sauerkraut or chow chow be considered a probiotic? I just looked it up, I think it is... I have some and am eating it now!
I didn't eat too much fruit prior, no. Maybe a banana here or there and oranges. I guess I was trying to stay away from the
Sugar in it. I do go on spurts where I will drink green smoothies and will eat more fruit then, but that's not my norm. ... but now it is :)
My lunch has changed a little, I don't eat feta cheese anymore.

Yesterday I passed a parasite, I was glad to see that thing go! I knew something was up with me, the night before I had painful gas like I've never felt before.
Still weigh 173... with you're help I know I will get this straight!

UPDATE: THE SAUERKRAUT WORKED LIKE A CHARM! Wow, I didn't realize how fast it would work. I ate it around 8am and by 3:30 PM i was running for the bathroom.
Sorry if it's too many details, I am actually doing this just in case anyone else dealing with the same problem will be able to read this and get some answers.
