oxi-cleanse for your pooper
oh may goodness...only 5 days in you've made all your changes!
Ok you have to take pictures!
I see a blog in your future!
This is going to go fast!
tips:
-no more coffee enemas. Never force your liver to do anything. It knows when to detox.
-increase your walk to 45min, and rebound for 100 jumps, every time you come back from the washroom (are you at home or working?)
-when I was at my worst in constipation (once I went 10 days without pooping), green veggie juice with beets,
Celery and cucumber, always made me go.
Juice not smoothie.
-never chase
parasite with cleanses. Only h2o2 in a colonic, and as therapy (drinking it).
Where are you carrying that weight?
How did the
colonic go? Was anything floating? How many syringes could you do before you had to urgently 'go'?
I know... I ask crazy questions, but they all have relevancy.
If you look under 'Products I Use' on my blog, I show you how to grow your own soil based bacteria, just like for plants. That was what changed my digestion and immunity.
We have to get your colon going before Jamaica. The food change is going to make it worse, and you're more likely to get parasites.
If I forget:
If we can't get you going before your trip, make sure to get 'Oxi-Cleanse' This uses the same principles of h2o2 to add o2 to your colon. It will make you go, and ward off parasites.
But it is a short term solution. But if you can't get soil based organisms fast enough, it may have to wait til you get back.
And I just wanted to say AGAIN:
You have gorgeous skin AND you have a bad pooper!
When we get you sleeping with an empty colon, people will stop you on the street and talk about your skin secrets! YOU WILL BE CRAZY BEAUTIFUL! Look out world :)
People regularly bring up my hair (because it's shiny and long, and they struggle growing theirs.)
And they comment on my weight (because I am curvy with a small waist, and shrinking every day!)
Enquiring minds want to know:)
I tell my detox buddies to take pictures constantly because when you get your taste of people begging you for answers, eventually it becomes your job.
Many of my former students have turned detox into their 'hobby that pays the bills' :)
It just happens..it's out of your control... haha
