I forgot to mention FAT! For lunch, I have avocados, olives, soaked raw nuts and seeds, and coconut oil on my potatoes (along with black pepper and ketchup-yes it has sugar).
Some days I have all of those fats, some I only have my nuts and seeds. But I always have some fat at lunch, otherwise I'll be hungry in the evening.
Try not to have hardly any fat in the evening. It will make you lose so much more!
