Don't know if you read a little of my history in my last post? Here it is... for some reason these are getting out of order ...
APRIL 19TH POST / YESTERDAY & LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY:
You are so full of knowledge! I love it! How long have you researched all of this? I know of no one like you, that teaches how to lose by detox.

My skin on my face has always been great, the rest of my body has accumulated cellulite and I've always had trouble keeping weight down since my early 20s but my eyes have always been white with a little bloodshot in there. Lol. I worked Out for 3 months ate veggies, some fruit, salads worked out 2 hours a day and got down to 105 for my wedding!!! Stress too but I don't want that way anymore I want to do it right. ( eating good fats etc)
My hormones have always been out of whack and I've always taken longer to get weight off. So it's silly when people say estrogen causes weight gain. My body has had very little if any and I decided not to take synthetic hormones. Anyway As for my sister, she can walk for a week and shed weight like crazy. I walked all summer last summer and barely saw results. She is thin and eats whatever she wants but only when she's really hungry. And yes her hair is thin but mine is thick. The skin on her body is amazing and she's 43 and she looks 30s, but her body looks in the early 20s, no joke. But it's her facial cyst like zits that drive her bananas. We have discussed her maybe having thyroid issues and I feel the same, I've felt a nodule in my thyroid but it has gone way down since
Iodine and eating good fats. But She always wants my hair and I always want her bod! The ease of shedding weight!! That would be a dream come true. I def am not skinny but I don't look overweight either. Just a bit on the healthy side but I want to be slim.

APRIL 20 POST:
I walked for 25 minutes and 30 min rebound yesterday.
I bought a scale today, it reminds me how I hate it...
Weight: 174.5 ... (I weigh more now than when I was constipated, chronic fatigued) Trying not to focus on this especially with my change in diet,
parasite cleanse... dry brushing, coffee enemas, all of the rebounding & walking I've done ... plus more, but trying not to go there...
IS THERE AN ANSWER TO THIS?? IS IT MY LIVER?
Breakfast: pineapple slice, blackberries, 1/2 banana, mango
lunch: Kelp noodles w/peppers, onions, mushrooms, 1 small avocado with a few almonds.
Dinner will be arugula salad with veggies with olive oil & vinegar
