Re: 2 groups, 3 types of detoxers
Yep, I am #1, that describes me. And I guess my youngest sister does not fit in any of these at all, she has no problem losing weight, maybe has one dimple of cellulite. She went to the beach one week and lost 7
lbs. she came back way skinnier than when she left, I was shocked. (little jealous at the time lol)
LOSING WHERE FIRST? My tummy is definitely going first and around hips and butt area (the places where I gain first) hmm. but I also noticed my upper chest is slimming down too.
THE ARMS...And I have NEVER ever had problems with my arms having any fat at all until this past year, I guess it was due to my constant constipation and chronic fatigue for about a year before that, my body just hoarding toxins like it was a dang hoarder house!
ANKLES ISSUES ... OH, I have to say this, that the first sitz bath I did, the last 15 min with cool on your bum with my legs propped up against the shower wall ... got rid of two lumps on the sides of my ankles. For the past 2 years, my ankles have hurt severely when waking up and walking (you would think I was an old person, but learned this is a connection to thyroid issues) anyway, then the pain would just fade out after a couple minutes. But those lumps are gone! I don't know if the propping up of my legs helped the lymphatic system or what? Thought you might like to know this for your research.
QUESTION? Do you pretty much always not eat after 5 or 6 or is this only when you detox?
Is there different rules from person 1, 2, 3 ?? Does my detox pattern require me to not eat after that time? Curious.
QUESTION 2 ... Why does the body start to hoard toxins? Is it just
parasites or something else? I know I have not eaten perfectly, but not to the point where my body just wants to hang onto an extra 30 lbs?? Is it emotionally connected?
THANK YOU, I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!
