We do have good genes, even though later on in my life I feel like I got the shit end of the stick compared to my sisters, they stay trim without even trying. Me, I've had to work at it when I got into my late teens. I could lose 25 lbs in 3 months by 2 hour workouts & eating chicken and veggies. Their weight has always been consistent no matter what they ate, yes maybe a few lbs, but nothing they could not shed within a week or two.
WEIGHING 105: When I got to 105, I looked in-between healthy and tired, but at that point in my life, I had SEVERE anxiety, to the point where I couldn't function day to day. But now, I am so over that, thank God.
WHITES OF MY EYES: I would say they were white during that time, but not like glow in the dark white.
I've never heard anyone talk about the whites of the eyes until you, being apart of detox/weight loss. For about 3 years now I have used eye drops to keep my eyes white, up to twice a day but effects ...VERY temporary.
BUT SOMETHING ON THE INSIDE OF ME HAD TO HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH ME ... this interests me so much. I just thought I needed eye drops NOT EVEN THINKING THAT MY BODY WAS TRYING TO TELL ME .."HELLO, SOMETHING AIN'T RIGHT HERE, HELP!" Amazing how the body is trying to speak if we would just listen!
HUNGRY: yes, I was hungry when I was trying to get down to 105, I was CONTROLLING MY HUNGER. But I was also filling up on good things like veggies, baked potatoes & chicken/tuna. BUT NOT FATS OR SWEETS EVER DURINT THAT TIME.
HAIR ON MY CHIN? Never.
SLEEP WELL? Not before I did a
parasite cleanse earlier this year, I hardly slept at all, woke up constantly. Now I sleep better than I have in a while ... last night I didn't wake up at all, we took the
Cell Phone s out of the bedroom too :)
GOOD GENES? OR GOOD MOMMA? My mom is one of the reasons we stayed healthy, her dad owned a tomato canning business in the 30s/40s. HE WARNED HER ABOUT TOXINS & CHEMICALS being put into foods and he was extremely concerned about it ... so from then on, mom knew what to watch out for.....
But as kids, mom would not let us have much junk food at all. If we got something sweet, she made it. But I would have to go to my friends house to even know what junk food was.
Mom made all of her own sauces, NEVER FROM A CAN OR A JAR! I would open my lunch box and there was homemade chips she made the night before, I was so embarrassed, but looking back on it, 100% GRATEFUL.
We were all super fit as kids, we played outside on bikes, wiffel ball until we could squeak out all the dark we could. I ATE LIKE A HORSE AND DID NOT GAIN ANYTHING BUT MUSCLE.
Coke was forbidden until we begged so finally in our teens, cola was introduced.
BUT I DO NOT DRINK SODA, EVER, HAVEN'T IN 15 + YEARS
I always ran around barefoot as a kid, still love it.

LATER IN THE EVENING I GOT HUNGRY, but I was not overly hungry. BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO EAT AFTER 6.
AND NO, I AM PROBABLY NOT GETTING ALL OF THE CALORIES THAT I NORMALLY WOULD, BUT MY BODY SEEMS OK WITH THAT. SHOULD I EAT MORE?
******** ONE IMPORTANT THING THAT MIGHT HELP YOU, I USED TO BRUISE ... ALOT. I AM TALKING ABOUT BARELY HITTING MYSELF AND IT LEAVING A HUGE BRUISE. IT SEEMS THAT IS FADING OUT THE MORE I DETOX.
