You have given me a lot to think about .. some things different than I have learned on CZ.

I don't think I am hypoglycemic, a year ago, I may have not been able to do this ... but I am pretty sure I can now (not eat meat after lunch)

How do you suggest to reach equilibrium (emptying out the colon before bedtime?) do you have a trick to do this? PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

And it's crazy or should I say wild ... that you talk about the whites of the eyes ... this is something my older sister has, is extremely milky, beautiful white eyes that I would love to achieve. I have talked about this a lot lately. I think I have used eye drops for about 4 years now (Im sure it's toxic overload) so then I ask this......

I think the putting on weight is the option my body opted for .. my teeth are ok, my facial skin is immaculate, no zits in my life but maybe 3 or 4. BUT question is this ... my older sister is super skinny, can lose weight so fast BUT has zits all of the time ... so has her body opted to rid toxins that way instead of hanging onto weight ...??

sorry for all of the questions ... i've just always wondered about all of this and you seem to be very knowledgeable.

NOT MAD, very interested in what you have to say ... I've learned CZ to take organic grey Sea Salt , DO YOU SUGGEST OTHERWISE? ... this makes me confused.... aaahhhhh.
