u prolly gotta eat a lot of kelp to get ur required 50-100 mg per day. If not even more if u gotta fight cancer etc.
Plus since its a natural source which as far as i know only
contains Iodide (right????) u r missing the Iodine again
if ur body isnt able to convert Iodide into Iodine which is needed for several tissues. Also u never know for sure how much Iodide it contains since its natural.
And seaweed contains mercury and other heavy metals. Seaweeds r the filters of the sea 😋😉
Also i believe i ve heard that iodide in food evaporates over time.
