I always took Lugols with vit C= iodide. Exception only a couple of times in 7 years (In asia when I had a food poisoning coming up)

Then some skin painting on the breasts to combat FBD. = some Iodine into the blood stream.

It worked, and so much easier to take Lugols with the C.
