And why do u take it that way? Coz u believe Iodine itself is too toxic?

Why even bothering taking Lugols and not just potassium Iodide which seems to be way cheaper?

So u dont believe we need Iodine but just rely on our body to turn Iodide into iodine?

How would one know if the body is able to turn Iodide into iodine?

How much Lugols and vit c do u take together per day?
All together at once? Empty stomach?

Now i really consider using Lugols with Vit c together .....
And taking Potassium Iodide alone in the future once my lugols and iodoral is empty .



I always took lugols in caps so i guess the "its so much easier" doesnt apply to me. coz i believe u mean it tastes much better with ascorbic acid. Tweet
