Yes, that is what I meant by that. Being "Born Again" and the "Indwelling/Baptism of the Holy Spirit are the same thing. So if that is the way you believe...then why do you think so few are filled with the Holy Spirit when they believe? Or Am I not following you? Sorry, I have young children coming in and out and distracting me. I may not be getting your question clearly.

If we are all waiting to be gifted with healing gifts, teaching gifts, prophecy gifts, speaking in tongues and such, as part of our salvation, then yes, you would be right. Very few of us would be considered to be saved. Perhaps that is what you meant by very few?
