Yes, I agree. What we were debating is if being born of the Spirit in John 3:5 is the same thing as receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost. As I stated, that is what I believe and I do believe there is a Biblical basis for this, although it may go against the most generally accepted Biblical interpretations. Please read my post above if you haven't already and share your thoughts on this.
If you believe that being born of the Spirit is something other than the baptism of the Holy Ghost, then what exactly does it mean to be born of the Spirit in your view?
