It is clear and it sounds easy. But, hasn't anyone done this before? What were the results? What are you looking for?

I just want to proof my illness to find help or understanding. I even don't dare to tell to my husband and I am afraid of a separation when I start to avoid sex without telling the reason, and if I told him, due a syndrome that Wikipedia says:

Morgellons (also called Morgellons disease or Morgellons syndrome) is a condition whose sufferers have the delusional belief that they are infested with disease-causing agents described as things like insects, parasites, hairs or fibers, but in reality no such things are present
