Ok, you say you would like to provide a culture. GREAT. But do not share with western allopathic Dr. I'll take full responsibility upon receiving it.
Goal: to maintain at least 2 cultures of independently -collected origins, for seven days. So don't take both from the same lesion; don't split a scab in half.
Culture procedure: Obtain samples of any shed from your body: hair, skin, mouth (lips peeling), nose booger, coughed up chunk...you choose it. (I'd skip stool material as it might be dead from a treatment). The bigger "intact" sample, the better.
Place samples in a screw-top glass jar, no air flow: + small amout of tap water, with a fleck of almost any "animal" food (DNA based)...think fish food, a shred of dog/cat food, and a tiny pinch of salt. Afterward: SEAL JAR DO NOT REoPEN except under fume hood, and for proper precaution: wrap top with duct tape. The shed particle from your body will have an odd ability to survive...it won't rot, as do most organic dead substances. You should not get mold.
The idea is that if you are subjected to rotifers, and they are, in fact, raping our interstitial space, incl all tissues accessible from the endothelial surface, they will be happy to hang out in a jar with plenty of nutrients for a LONG Time...like a month. Your sample is not subjected to degradation due to the fact that it is still alive, therefore sustains its own parameters (called "maintaining boundaries).
If you're clear on this, I'll continue
