Re: Any men falsely accused of rape / sexual abuse?

As my self have posted probibly to meeny times now saying the same things, I to can say this has changed me as well for ever. Even when it is faulce one wold think there should be no worry, however this I think is one of the most dangerous alligations that can be made against another in that the sopposid victom is not on the line for enything. If you did the actual crime you should be admonished, and if you did not and I know what this is like, how ever as there has been menny the media has reported in the last mounth close to home even i when herring of them cringe and emedeatly think of my Owen situation and wonder as there is not one of us in anothers shoos, thees however are two or more allegid victoms. That dose not nagte the possibility of faulce alligation, just a moment more pause. This is a horable charge to make as there is so mutch that points to gilt just for the alligation, just simply the word he touched me, when it comes to the word assault becomes frightening and if you are here im Shure as have i you have read every thing there is to read about the subject sexual assalt that it would make you wonder why bother having a trial. As the accused there is realy nothing you can do to show that with out dought you did not commit the crime, same for the accuser there is no whay unless there were whiteness or evadance consistent with an asalt, and even then there is no whay to show that with out dought is was not you. Assuming it was not. Alwys the question as you and the accuser are the only Pepole that will without a dought know what did or did not occour. And the alleged victom has the upper hand. There are no servivers of faulce aligation. Nor are there victoms of faulce aligatiins, just lucky ones that got away with somthing, this is wrong and if you realy did not commit the crime this is supposed to be enough and the alleged victim/ lier will continue to live on no worries, I surtonly do understand the feeling of being just a shell of a man as every thing is taken from you and you stand to loose every thing you worked for home relationships and the list goes on, the lie of another needs to be punished, but who is going to do this as this apparintly will cause the reluctance of vicrom to come forward, on the contrary this may make the faulce reluctant to clame and the real truly vindicated, there wold be somthing to loose for making a faulce clame. I think it should be along the lines of the time the alleged purpertrator would have faced and registeation as a lier of sexual assalt. Registration after age 13 as parrents as in my cace would not have as mutch influance to the lie under the person that coached or cohurts the lie as the child is much less colpabal of the lie when it is a lie.
