I get involved at the match and stand and sing and put my all in. after the match i am so tired but wired and feel full of adrenaline.
the day after a big night out is also my worst nights sleep and has been the case for 5 years. im not asking for advice as you will just say stop drinking. When i dont drink for weeks i still sleep no better so will always drink occasionally
