I've ate 'well' for 5 years - high protein.
went fluten free - nothing.
cut lactose out - on almond milk now - nothing.
Typical diet:
breakfast: Oats & protein powder
snack: peanut butter/houmous sandwich
lunch:chicken or tuna with brown rice/quinoa/buckwheat or brown pasta & salad
protein shake
evening meal varies (omlette and beans or courgette, spaghetti bolognese, fish/sweet potato/veg
cottage cheese
I've seen LAM's website but it just panicked me more, as to be honest, he just scare mongers and offers no real suport - couldnt find his book on amazon and looked like money making tactics from reviews so bought ''adrenal fatigue for dummies'' after I read the contents.
I go to the gym - now 3 times a week for 3040mins of weight training. I used to go 4 times for over an hour.
