I keep on reading things like: "it is still very hard for me to believe that this was the sole cure-all. ", which is simplifying what PSYCHO-NUTRITIONAL THERAPY is all about. Psycho-nutritional therapy is a bit more complicated than that.
Besides although hypoglycemia may be a MAIN factor in mood disorders there are a lot of other physical illnesses, at can be responsible for mood disorders. I have called them Silent Diseases, because they have not yet been diagnosed by a doctor or the client him/herself. See: Silent Diseases and Mood Disorders
