Of course you have to ask why adrenal exhaustion. What triggers excess adrenaline secretion? What is the function of adrenaline in biochemistry. If you know the answer to that you will know how to prevent excess adrenaline production. And yes the thyroid gland can also affected . That will show up when you test for insulin resistance.

Of course, nutrition is not the only answer, but the reality is that you need to first treat the biological aspects before considering the "psychological", or "spiritual" or any other aspect.
