This is not the position taken by psycho-nutritiuonjal therapy. There are many factors involved in treating PTSD, but you have to prioritize your many and multiple factors. Psychonutritional therapy teaches you that biological factors play a major and primary role in PTSD, which need to be treated FIRST before addressing the many other factors. The motto in psychonutritional,therapy is "biochemistry before psychology".

Never make the mistake of simplifying the psychonutritional approach as being "just nutritionally".
