My Healing Testimonial -Re: Nutritional Treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
It's been a while since I've posted in this thread, and much has changed since then. I want to share my healing testimonial which came about 2 months ago.
While I believe that nutrition is so important for anyone, especially those that are sick, I also believe and have experienced that PTSD is definitely not originating from a nutritional/biological root. I would vouch to say that 85% of diseases are because of emotional /soulish origins, mainly, long held anger /resentment /unforgiveness which leads to guilt and fear. One can even be resentful over having an illness, which further complicates, and keeps the malady around even stronger or longer.
I believe that the brain does control all body functions.
The mind also has a powerful effect on the health of the body.
My story continues after exhausting 1-1/2 years of unsuccessful EMDR psychotherapy. I don't knock EMDR. For me, it was unnecessarily painful. I think a lot of it also weighs on the therapist... So, it just never worked for me, and my goals were still unreachable after all that time. When that was over, I embarked on the nutritional path of naturopaths and homeopaths, but my healing was still very slow, almost resistant. Again, I don't knock these, as they were a tremendous *support*(most worthwhile mentioning, liver/kidney detox), but my real breakthrough in healing finally came about from discovering the modality Neurolink NIS. It was short and quick without any pain..no divulging anything in detail. Wow.

After the 2nd NIS session I was back to my old self again, and most of my illnesses completely disappeared, most notably my adrenal fatigue, depression, clarity and focus. I also felt in control again. That was H-U-G-E. Another reason why NIS was so powerful to me was because of my past concussions. NIS was the modality to be able to correct the disconnections and imbalances in my brain. This is what happens after traumas. I'm still working on some minor things, but in short it's been miraculous.
About 2 months earlier from hearing about NIS, I discovered a form of meditation (Roy Masters), and this helped me to learn to observe thoughts and feelings, as opposed to getting pulled into them, or repressing them. It's much like being in a theatre and watching a movie. You are seeing everything, but in a detached objective way. Sort of like how you would just look at a cloud in the sky. Currently, I have worked up to 45 minutes daily, and plan to increase to 1 hour.
Practicing this meditation has helped me to be able to be in the present moment, and I have gained increased awareness. I am better able to handle everything objectively, instead of tainted because of the past.
I think you know what I mean. Meditation has helped free me from thoughts and feelings. When observed or watched without judging, they go away! I feel more grounded to my true self and God. I also feel increased energy. Overall, it's been very healing to both my mind and body. I've reread 107689's posts, and they just sing to me now.

As a last note, I just want to repeat what 107689 said earlier about hypnosis. Why put yourself through more externalized suggestions that are not your own, when you are already too externalized? Becoming internalized to your true self and grounded is the key towhere healing is. So, hypnosis can be dangerous, and if you read about it at fhu.com, you can make your own decision.
Lastly, if you were seeking a Neurolink NIS practitioner from the link above, and didn't see one in your area, there is another modality that is somewhat similar in many ways.
This modality is called BodyTalk, and lots of information about it can also be found on YouTube. But, Neurolink NIS is definitely my 1st recommendation of the two.
I hope this encourages and helps someone out there.
