Nutritional Treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)


Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a form of Depression that has usually been associated with a specific traumatic event in the past.

An environmental event can cause Depression such as death in the family, or a serious car accident, sexual abuse, or war experience. The question is why should an traumatic event in the distant past keep on producing stress hormones in a person in the here-and-now? I have discussed this in:
