But i've gone ahead and ordered the SBF - hoping Todd will approve without giving me a lecture. Either way, I'm up for the trial. If i find it too strong, I'll try your Spartan MK instead, it sounds interesting also - the magnesium and potassium without the added ingredients in SBF

But I agree with Amy, if ARL labs have recommended I take the SBF as part of my list of supplements despite being diagnosed as a slow oxidizer than it must be ok. If not, no harm done, I'll just stop it. Fingers crossed!
