I spoke with my practitioner and she advised to continue with the limcomin and then incorporate the megapan next as initially told... the megapan has potassium in it. She said we will go from there, but to not supplement with potassium for the time being until I have tried this as she said it is easier to pull and push with antagonists and synergists instead of replacement therapy because giving someone minerals because it is low could have the opposite effect, depending on the biochemical picture.
But I don't think taking solely potassium is ruled out for future options. If I continue to experience the heart issues and all then I will check back in and consider supplementing with potassium on it's own with my other supplements.
