Re: Potassium
Hi Inti,
I spoke with my pratitioner about the symptoms and crash I was having when I incoporated the Limcomin. The limcomin raises sodium, but doesn't raise potassium. Also, calcium lowers potassium (which is in the paramin).
I am working with Eileen Durfee, she has been absolutely amazing so far, she has basically held my hand through this process and I just switched to her two weeks ago. I send her dail updates via text, email and she always calls also and vice versa. When I was having all of these symptoms with the limcomin she immedietely pulled together a few other options for me, and she is sending me a few free samples of different supplements to see which one works so I don't have to buy them and lose money that way... which is a huge plus because I have so many supplements in my cupboard now some of which are expiring soon that I have no use for at the moment. She also works directly with Dr. Wilson. I recommend her.
I asked her about SBF and she said that would not help me at the moment and also mentioned that it is for fast oxidizers and I am a slow oxidizer so I didn't want to risk it.
For now, I am holding off on incoporating the limcomin and instead replacing this with trying GH3 and Molybdenum which both increase your sodium levels. I have already tried Molybdenum, it also lowers copper and I had no issues with it before. To raise the potassium, I am now going to try Spartan MK all it is is Potassium and Magnesium together. I am going to continue with my Paramin and GB3 and Taurine and coq10 and gradually add in Kelp, and Megapan and eventually limcomin... although, if the above works I may not do that.
I would maybe check with Todd and see if this is something that could work for you since you too are having some of the symptoms I have experienced. I start this new protocol tomorrow and will be posting how it goes, I will be retesting in 2 months from now so I will be interested to see if my NA/K move, currently it is at a 2:1.
Hope this helps! Cheers :)
