Here is an article about potassium, I think the first paragraph is the most important, unstable blood sugars is what I think is keeping most people in 4 lows for longer than necessary. If your blood Sugar gets low then the adrenals have to produce adrenalin to keep the body going. The worst hypoglycaemia can be fixed in a few days with some potassium, I know this from experience.
