Thanks for shairing. I am on potassium supplements...I need to adjust daily if I take 1 or 2 99 mg daily. If I over do on the potassium I feel just as bad as if I did not get enough. I am good in the morning to take 1 but in the afternoon if I know I ate or will be eating something containing high potsssium I avoid the second supplement.
The only time I will loose my sodium is if I over do on the potassium...before I would loose it for no reason other then low aldesterone.
Hope this info helps to others..I know of a lady put on to much potassium and it did drive her sodium down and she needed to go to the ER. (when she never had issues with sodium loss before). You do need to watch and listen to your body.
