Re: Legumes and candida

Bad for health and for candida/dysbiosis : too much fat, meet even little, grains like brown rice - high in cellulose(more then 6-7%).

Millet, potatoes and white rice are not simple Sugar so not feed candida in colon like bananas, avocado, fruits !!

You cant eat millet ?? That strange. Maybe you are wrong, maybe something else give you bad reaction. Millet are one of FEW perfect food.

Honey do not feed candida in colon , please do not joke, honey is digested in mouth and stomach not in colon or even small intestine , so eat HEALTHY simple Sugar like honey, broccoli, parsley(only cooked), blackstrap molasse, but only with balanced meal.
