No legumes, legumes have simple Sugar that is not digested by human and feed candida to protect you from colon cancer. Use Hunza/Okinawa longevity Diet - 80% carbs , millet, white rice, low cellulose grains ONLY, potatoes, some simple carbs easy digested by as like honey, broccoli, parsley cooked.

Raw Chinese cabbage for antioxidants, calcium ...

WE NEED ONLY 0,8 grams of protein for every kilo ! So meet are not necessary. FAT ? Yes we need, but only fat from millet and from potatoes, flax and cod liver oil one teaspoon daily for D vitamin !

Sodium/Potassium ratio 2:3 in EVERY MEAL.
COPPER/ZINC 1:10 in every meal !!!! - most important !!!!
Calcium/Magnesim 2,5:1 in every meal.

Calcium from egg shells and zinc supplement 10-20mg daily no more !! No more then 35mg zinc daily and no more then 3,5 mg cooper daily.

B12 from spirulina, chlorella.

B-complex daily.

Count your mineral ratio in every meal !!!
