Re: Legumes and candida

well I don't think I would add in white rice, millet and potatoes.. I would eat millet but I am intolerant.. the only grains I can tolerate are amaranth and rice, but I thought white rice was bad for candida. I've switched to only lean white meats which I will eat everyday, because red meat is making me feel horrible.. not too much fish due to toxins. I'm eating only 25% fat for my calorie intake, soaking legumes at night and if I choose to eat brown rice or amaranth I will soak them too.. I eat a lot of vegetables however I'm not sure if they should be cooked or raw as raw foods have more enzymes and nutrients, but cooked are easier to digest
