oil drinkers - i do eat fat twice a day, but am far from oil drinkers !
4 eggs on butter with salad have no oil consistency, same salad with 3-4 tablespoon olive oil with sardines - so healthy high fat diet are def not oil drinkers, moreover, my h.fat diet taste like vegetarian diet. I eat veggie in every meal at minimum 300g of raw or 600-700 cooked along. So more then 2 kilo veggie on HIGH FAT diet. Oil drinkers DEF not ;)
