Man, fatty liver could be from lack choline and inositol in food not from olive oil where liver like it ! Fat is needed, so yes, 3 meals only carb and one fat/protein(eggs for AMINO ACIDS) meal daily will be also ok.
Like i sad sodium/potassium ratio, zinc, b-complex, folic acid, antioxidants are far more important then JUST FUEL like carb or fat.
