Thank you Anthony. You are one of the people I wanted to hear from. I was reading one of the other threads you posted on about fatty liver.

How do I gain weight though? If my body is eating the fat how do I gain it by staying away from fats?

What about butter? Fish? Coconut oil?

Should I just be staying away from Sat fat? Are poly and mono okay?
