What do I munch on when I get a craving for salt? I know saltines aren't that great and where I am combating Candida it wouldn't be ideal. Would it be bad to have maybe 5 crackers before bed if I get indigestion?
Would saltine crackers be bad with this kind of diet?
The starch and carbs from the potatoes kinda scare me since I am supposed to stay away from sugar.
