I was struggling with a tooth problem last wednesday. I ended up eating a lot of raw garlic. Literally putting it on my wisdom tooth in the back. It actually seemed to help but I ended up getting really bad brain fog. I didn't think it was the garlic at the time until I researched and read about others having the exact same problem.

Which would explain why my blood is so thin and why I was getting really bad brain fog.

Robert Beck covers it and even states they use to dip their bullets into garlic during ww2 to kill people. You didn't have to shoot them in the heart. Just get it into their blood stream.

So I'm definitely detoxing. However I lost nearly 10-15 lbs since Wednesday. My memory and stuff has slowly returned but my appetite isn't there and I need to find a diet that isn't going to freak me out or hurt my liver.

How many egg drinks can I have? What kind of fat foods can I eat to make sure the detox goes smoother and where can I get a good amount of iron that also wont hurt my liver since I know my iron is low due to the Garlic thinning out my blood.
