I agree about being high carb and low fat but if my intestines have a candida overgrowth and because of that my liver is struggling with toxins shouldn't I be somehow trying to fix the overgrowth in my intestines and not focus on my liver and shouldn't my liver become more healthy once the overgrowth is gone ?. I'm low fat now and despite having more energy and for some reason less acid reflux and gastritis ( knock on wood ) but other than that all my other symptoms are still persisting. I'm terrified of attempting a Liver Flush after reading many people saying they made them feel worse.
This whole thing is about as confusing as it is frustrating to me lol. Tweet
