a few people such as Tony Orlando on this site, have had luck with it. James Kemp i think is his name also took it. Whereas others such as dvjorge, took it and it did nothing. James said you get very bad die-off from it. it is flea & tick medicine, and it destroys the fungus's chitin, and your immune system then has to fight off the chitinless fungus. it's sold in the US for pets in meds like frontline plus, but for under $30 you can order it from that site and it ships from Europe. I got mine in like 7 days. But you need a good immune system for it to work. I think of it as a last resort medicine. My plan is to take it if my candida mutate because of the nystatin, and become more pathenogenic to me. Candida will adapt to it in 3 weeks.

Nystatin enemas also seem to help a lot of people. Dr. Truss did extensive work with them, and if you google his name, you'll see - and dvjorge writes alot about them on here and thecandidadiet.com forum. I'm no expert, and in fact, only recently started with my SF722 and Nystatin after reading up as much as possible before proceeding. After having avoided Sugar for several weeks, and lots of kefir water, so far I have only minimal die-off.

I would say, get a test for lyme. then, get your Antibiotics out of the way. Maybe something strong like Flagyl or Levaquin or Cipro, or whatever they prescribe for spirochettes, i dunno much on it. A broad spectrum Antibiotic will kill off any SIBO too and some parasites. (and maybe stay on the Nystatin while you are on Antibiotics ) i know Antibiotics suck, but you may have no choice.

As soon as you finish or even after a few days on them, start ingesting kefir milk and water, whatever you can tolerate. You can get grains from Amazon. You probably need to stay on kefir for the rest of your life because it doesn't implant. (Neither do most probiotics and imho they are a waste of $. why spend all that when there is natural kefir and you can grow your own probiotics with many many more strains and quantity, for a fraction of the cost.) At the same time, begin the GAPS diet. It is very similar to the Paleo diet, but with bone broth soups rich with glycine to help heal the gut. Then, maybe do a liver flush. Then, and only when you feel your organs can handle it, take the SF722 and continue on the Nystatin and, as dvjorge would say, pound the Nystatin enemas.

From my readings, i think at this point, Candida should be the least of your concern. deal with the parasites and bacteria issues, then the candida. Also, i think you can get well with minimal supplements.. Black-Walnut & Wormwood , cloves for parasites; kefir milk & water grains, maybe a kombucha scoby, other fermented foods to heal the gut, the right diet such as GAPS to heal leaky gut, SF722 or Candida Force, Nystatin; and Lufenuron as a last resort, is all you need. and some apple juice and epson salts for a Liver Flush after.

I don't know much about building the immune system back up, but i would say this is something to work on. But I think you can do it without spending on supplements. Get half an hour of sun per day, get 8 or 9 hours of sleep, stay happy and positive.
