I would like to help you. I am posting a lot more in The Candida Diet website. I would like that Able or Raster send you a copy of the diet people in that forum use. I have seen the diet and it is good and no so restrictive. There are some kind of carbohydrates allowed. That forum also have many people helping other sufferers, I am one of them that only post to help. Join that forum, get the diet and post your history. You will get help from many. I will call for that.
