"I added toasted organic almond butter on them at first (which is OK'ed by Dr. Wilson) until I realized my body doesn't like almonds. So I now add coconut oil and cinnamon, otherwise they taste plain and are not very calorie-dense."
I added carbs but had to slap a bunch of fat on that I don't properly absorb. You can't digest nuts so ingesting oils is going to help? So again, this behavior doesn't make you an expert. just that much more clueless and wreckless. You are immune to fatty liver disease, despite intaking a ton of fat and having symptoms of yeast overgrowth, a redflag for a fatty liver. Somehow with all of your problems, why is your liver immune to the test that you are putting it through?
Muscle wasting is another fatty liver symptom...and remember your yellow face? So again and again I'll make this case month after month as you post your endless suffering and expect some sort of
Sugar coated cure. Or i guess coconut oil drenched success story. SO if Dr. Wilson's advice is so great, then why the frantic messages? If you are such an expert...why are you in such bad shape?
Ridiculous white potato diet? Mature are we? I said to replace all of that fat with carbs, potatos being safe. And you added carbs and gained weight? good. A good victory. I think it shows the success in changing the ratio from less fat to more carbs. Now the next step is more carbs and no fat...and then weeks later just lean protein with all of the veggies and some low
Sugar fruits.
You fail to see how repetitive your own messages are, all about being young, a life wasting away, and endless fat intake. Connect the dots and deal with your problem. You are a prime example of run away fat eating causing weight loss and candida/liver issues.
