Hold on - before you hop onto the protein / legumes bandwagon, you might want to take a look at Dr. Doug Graham's 80-10-10 diet. I have the book and while I don't agree with everything he says, he's one of the first suggesting a mainly fruit diet that I know of. Another good resource is Frederic Patenaude who, again, suggests and lives on mainly fruit.
But that is not all ... in this day and age, good anti- parasite herbs are a must. And I can't over-emphasize making sure you clean up your colon and liver near the start of the process.
