My fatty liver theory is why I will disagree with the other poster and say NO nuts and limited fruit. Sugar and fat can contribute to fatty liver. High fruit plans to me seem unrealistic because of energy and Sugar swings. My advice would be super lean proteins, plenty of potatoes, lima beans, non sweet foods and not fat ones. No oils or fats. I think that is exactly what made you sick and exactly what is keeping your yeast around...decreased bile production because of fatty liver disease. Decreased bile allowing candida to digest the food that you are not. Decreasd bile causing malabsorption and the craving of a ton of fat and crap food that you need to ignore...no nuts, no salmon, no bananas is what I think will help you.
