Yup avocadoes. Its showing a serious flaw in your diet. I have now that I am symptom free, 1 half avocado per week. The only fruit you are eating is a pure fat. Lean proteins would be any available legumes, tuna etc. The diet I recommend takes out the sweets and the fats strictly. Small amount of white meat chicken breast, seafood, in place of all of the animal fat. Lima beans are like any other bean for being fat free and energy and protein..so I think you can pick whats available in Japan. And about fruits, there are pumpkins, cucumbers, squash, tomatoes, berries, and some citrus that I eat daily. Personally I limit bananas one per day because now symptom free, I am aimed at prevention. The behavior that got me sick was daily pastries, sweetened coffee, red meat, eggs. Now I try to get many calories from potatoes and legumes. This plan follows the food pyramid, but again is very strict with which fruits because of
Sugar and cuts fat to nearly nothing. You should see some results in a couple weeks because you are on a very high fat plan. It shows because the ONLY fruit you will touch is pure fat.
