Re: Flush history didnt go so well
Thanks again for your reply and you are right that prevention is better than cure.
My old diet (5 years ago) was terrible consisting of practically NO vegetables at all which is probably one of the reasons I ended up as I am.
Of course like you said due to a crisis I had to change my ways and I cook a lot of vegetables now.
Alcohol I cut out almost 3 years ago, I occasionally test the waters with slight caffeine like green tea but havent done that for a long time.
My diet now consists of
Eggs
Chicken breast
Fish (salmon)
Onions
Garlic
Peppers
Tomatoes
Zukini
Egg Plant
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Spinach
If i can get it coriander(cilantro)
Herbs and spices such as cayenne pepper, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon
In the morning I eat Eggs
For dinner , chicken & vegetables
For lunch , chicken/beef or fish and vegetables
I snack on chicken breast during the day or avocado
for supplements I started taking
1 betaine hcl and peptide capsule at dinner (thornes research)
1 capsule of 30 billion CFU probiotic at dinner (healthy origins)
2 cod liver oil capsules (one in morning and one in evening)
2 x 500mg vitamin c capsules (one in morning and one in evening)
I only drink water or when I am out tomato juice (100%)
The day of the flush I honestly cannot remember as it has been over 4 months ago so my apologies
