Re: Flush history didnt go so well

I would say to go with your gut feeling and don't do the flush if you feel you shouldn't. I've read other posts on this forum where people had problems after flushing.

My first Liver Flush failed. I just decided to do one without preparing for at least 5 days with 8 LBB a day and 1 TBSP Dewormer morning and night. I ended up vomitting up the olive oil/grapefruit juice. My bowels weren't working properly and not enough of the parasites were killed, so when the liver dumped, it went up and out instead of down and out.

This time, I've done everything by the book. It seems that you are doing a lot of different things. I have found that it's important to understand why I'm doing certain things and understand something about how the body works. This is really important, I can't stress it enough. We can go from one diet to another, from one cleanse to another, based on the claims of people who promise it will help ... without having any idea of the big picture. This has been my own experience in the past. I learned from it.
