Re: Flush history didnt go so well

Thanks again for your replies!
I tried looking for legumes yesterday in my local supermarket and the only things i could find were these which I am eating as we speak.

The candida food list I have been mostly following is off here

Though with your recommendation I have cut out avocados, salmon and egg yolk. I want to get the tuna but unfortunately here in Japan they always add table salt .
I have not found any tuna without it added ..and I love tuna!

I should not lose weight because I eat lots during the day.

My diet now is

5 egg whites in the morning

Then white chicken breast and vegetables throughout the day.
I probably go through 3 chicken breasts a day.
half an onion
half a red pepper
half a green pepper
a few cloves of garlic
1/4 pumpkin
100% tomato sauce
Ginger
1 long egg plant
zucchini
2.5 l of water
Now I added the legumes above (but they go so quick because they are so small!)

It is true that with the carb's before I looked bigger though physique wise I still look muscular - there is not wastage as far as I can see.

I want to try the low carb diet for a few more weeks before introducing some carbs such as those you mentioned.
