I've been on it for a few weeks, probably about a months or so. To be honest, I don't think I have either, but wanted to try it anyway to see if my lips improve at all. I've been also avoiding dairy for quite some time now. Both don't seem to have any impact on my lips (so far). I'll continue for another month or two (eating isn't all that much fun anymore anyway, so I don't really care much about what I eat ;)).
