Why not just do what the doctor says? Using just parts of what he recommended or not using it enough wont work! If your putting anything on your lips it wont make a difference how often. We need to just start listening to these people.

Im not saying that you are guilty of this, but so many people on here dont follow what their doctors are saying, but rather follow some variant, (like not use the product enough). Then they say it doesnt work and we check it off the list.

We need to completely try each method to the fullest of its treatment to know if it actually works. If not we might just skip over the real cure or treatment!

So my advice is to follow your doctors directions. Putting something on your lips more often shouldnt make a difference. I have a feeling that whatever we THINK caused our EC is dead wrong. And I seriously doubt EC can be caused by moisturizing your lips too much.
