I don't live in the US (Germany), but ordered a pack of Un-petroleum jelly. I think it arrived this morning. I will ask my pharmacist. That would be awesome, but I somehow doubt they would put Tacrolimus into some product I give them. But we'll see. I might also have to check in with my derm first (she might be the one thinking I'm a little paranoid :-D) :)
