Have you had a biopsy done? I think the combination of protopic + lotrisone sounds interesting. I myself am not convinced that this is not a fungal problem in my case, but my derm so far just wants me to use protopic (0.03%). I am still hesitant to put anything on my lips, especially protopic, as it contains vaseline/petroleum, which I never wanted to put on my lips again.. But I guess there is no ointment containing Tacrolimus on a all natural basis... Also unsure of what to do.
